"Beautiful hotel and area. Room was clean. Coffee in room and small snack for breakfast. Friendly staff. If you are arriving with your own vehicle make sure it is a small one. Very narrow street to get to hotel. It was worth it, we ha a lovely stay."

"Location is great, right in the city centre, and the hotel itself is fine. Parking can be a bit inconvenient because you need to collect a ticket every time you want to enter.
The biggest issue is the housekeeping. You have to request it in advance, but this is now the second time I requested it and nobody showed up. I even asked twice at reception in person, but the room still wasn’t cleaned and the bed wasn’t made.
The hotel’s AI chatbot is also quite frustrating and mostly gives generic...
