Good choice for exploring Pucon.

The hotel is a few blocks from downtown. We had the luck of checking the room before booking, and so discovered the small room is really small. We paid extra for a room with balcony which was very nice (and normal size!). No elevator. Parking around the street.

Friendly and accommodating staff. Located two blocks away from the main street, hotel offers luggage hold. Rooms were exceptionally clean, delicious buffet breakfast included. Highly recommended.

Hotel bien ubicado con instalaciones nuevas. El estacionamiento está fuera del hotel y cuando fuimos estaba lleno y tuvimos que estacionar fuera. Desayuno simple.

Muito conveniente

Já fiquei nesse hotel várias vezes. É conveniente, limpo e silencioso. O quarto que fiquei todas as vezes é bem pequeno e não havia nem espaço para deixar a mala. Entretanto, como sempre viajo a negócios, só preciso de um local aconchegante para tomar um banho e dormir. O café da manhã é bom. Tem café e chá cortesia disponíveis o dia todo.

Buen hotel, con detalles por corregir

El hotel es nuevo y con buena infraestructura, personal amable y precios muy acordes a lo ofrecido. Mi problema es que por segunda vez que viajo, la calefacción NO funciona, considerando que cuentan con un sistema de aire acondicionado recién instalado. Solo gracias a la amabilidad de la recepcionista pasamos una mejor noche, pero no se pueden dar el lujo de no tener un sistema de calefacción acorde al destino.

Só ouve um problema entre a hotéis.com e o hotel cumbres, no qual a reserva não entrou p eles no dia que reservei. Então eles nos mandaram p um outro hotel que foi muito bom. Eles foram ótimos. Tudo maravilhoso. Somente esse probleminha de comunicação que pode até não ser culpa deles e sim da hotéis.com

Excellent choice

The hotel is very comfortable in the centre of Pucon but just outside the restaurant area so no sound at all. Safe area. Very comfi, big beds, good shower. Breakfast is excellent and service great. Very helpful with booking tours and advising about the area. All in all very good value for money. The only thing we didn't particularly like is that we had to move rooms for our third night.

Noisy and too hot

The economy room was very tiny. In summer the room is very hot and there is no air conditioning. In addition it was impossible to keep window open at night because there was a bar or restaurant just outside our window and even with the window closed it was very loud until 3 in the morning.
