"We absolutely loved our stay at Villa Lubrense!
It is a beautiful hotel with stunning outdoor yards/pools and incredible views. A short 10 minute drive into Sorrento, but the public bus stop is right at the entrance to the hotel and it's only two-euro in to town. There are also beautiful beaches and a few restaurants very close to the hotel, a steep but short walk away.
The staff at Villa Lubrense were by far the best part of our stay. Tino (?) and Fabiola at the front desk were incredibly...

"Decent property, staff pretty nice and helpful….the hassling for the towels is what was most frustrating…. It’s hot there, I sweat a lot so I carried a towel to walk with everyday….each day they wanted to make sure the towel was returned…. Started to be annoying….."

"My family had the best experience at this hotel. From the front staff to the dining staff. Top notch. Friendly, helpful, and just wonderful people wanting to make our stay, perfect. The hotel is historic dating back to the 12th century. Thank you, Hotel Torre Barbara staff!"
