"It was difficult to get into the hotel. I arrived in the evening and no one was at the desk. I needed to check messages on Expedia for the instructions on how to get in the front door and get my room key. Entrance is small and requires going up a flight of stairs. Once I made contact with staff via text and WhatsApp, they were very helpful. My room was well furnished and clean. TV needed to be repaired which was completed by my second night. "Beautiful hotel and extremely nice staff. All great. Bathroom remodeled and nice but not functional since when you take a shower all the water comes into the bathroom area as it is ope shower . The half window/door does not block water from splashing out and wetting the floor. Otherwise everything else was great!"

"We loved staying at Hotel Neptune. Its proximity to the tram, beach and promenade, restaurants, etc, were perfect. The size of the room was just fine for two travelers and our suitcases. We didn’t unpack as there’s room to do so but were able to hang up a few items. The full shower was great as well."
