"Staff were so friendly on arrival, helping me with my terrible French despite being happy to speak English (after I told him I’d been trying to learn French!) and taking the time to research the rules of the metro and travelling with dogs for me, just to double check I had the rules right. The property itself was immaculate, despite being a little dated. We used it as a base to sleep as we headed to Paris for the day and it was perfect for this. Very comfortable."

AC during the heat wave was a life saver and the room was very comfortable. We were a bit nervous being on the first floor next to the elevator but the room was very quiet and we slept great. "The room was okay but its false advertisement with that room and the effiel tower view. They only have 1 room in the entire establishment with that view. I paid 275$ for that reason.. if I had known that I wouldnt have booked the room. The hotel isnt bad its just not what they show on advertisement."

"The room was clean. The staff was very helpful. We did not try the breakfast, but they had croissants at the front desk for part of the day, which were complementary. The rooms were air-conditioned. Our room one of the three the five of stayed in was small, the other two rooms were adequate the one our son stayed in stayed in a room was nice for him. Our room needed maintenance and the carpets throughout the hotel are very worn out. The location was very good for getting transportation. There...
