Small room but cleaned everyday. I think the room size is pretty standard in Paris. Will definitely stay again! Staff was wonderful!

Very easy access to Metro, only about a block from Arc de Triomphe. There are many restaurants all around the hotel. Place was cozy, clean. Staff was very friendly. It is not large (small lobby) but it’s all we needed. They also offer breakfast, and they have a small bar in lobby.

Very nice little hotel close to the Arc de Triumph. Rooms are small but cute, staff is very friendly, and lots of walkable shops/restaurants in the area. Just a warning that walls are a bit thin and you can hear the plumbing and pipes at times, doors opening/closing and people coughing from other rooms.

Room booked was spacious. Had plenty of restaurants around to choose from. Is near station. Only issue was that you can hear everything easily so if people in surrounding buildings are being loud it can be hard to sleep. Though that only happened one night while we were there.

I was uncertain at first however pleasantly surprised. Newly renovated my room very very comfortable with a modern washroom and shower. The bed was very comfortable and the staff could not have been more hospitable. The location, is near l'Arc de Triomphe, the Métro, Champs Elisé and many restaurants

Perfect Paris base

Long weekend stay. The staff at this hotel were - without exception - hugely friendly. The hotel is very well located just steps from the Arc de Triomphe. The rooms are not huge but are very comfortable and spotless. Breakfast room is nice. I’d definitely recommend for anyone visiting Paris.

Good location

Really great location. Close to a metro stop and the Arc. The only downside is that the hotel has central heat and air so you can control the full temperature in your room. We were there in spring but they hadn’t switched off the heat yet so it was hot in our room at time and all we could do was open a window.

We really enjoyed our stay at the hotel. The room was on the smaller side, but there was a closet for us to store our suitcase and clothes. The bed was comfortable, and it was nice to have an AC in the room. I really liked the large drawer in the bathroom vanity, which had plenty of space for our toiletries. Every staff member we interacted with was very friendly and helpful. Also, we had breakfast twice, and there was a good selection of breakfast items (cold cuts, cheese, pastries, eggs, bacon, fruit, cereal, etc). Lastly, the location was ideal for our travel itinerary. The Charles de Gaulle-Etoile metro was steps away from Princess Caroline and it was easy to get to the Louvre, Eiffel Tower, Montmarte, and La Defense arena. Overall, I was very happy with our accommodations. Merci beaucoup to the hotel staff!

Breakfast buffet wasn’t refilled as things were emptied. Shower poorly designed so that the shower head just sprays the other side of the bathroom all over the toilet and extra rolls of toilet paper. Also: no non-stick/friction surfacing to very slick tub, and no handles or anything to assist getting in & out of tub which was elevated to difficult height getting into, very dangerous. Housekeeping took 25-30 minutes to respond for any request. Requested ice & they delivered a single glass with three half-melted cubes in it. Room service insisted on pre-charging for any order instead of allowing it to just be billed to the room. Housekeeping staff used same single elevator which caused long waits on a couple of occasions where they and their cart were taking up the elevator and had to wait longer for it to finally return to our floor.
