Vervolgens morste hij bij het inschenken en het bleek dat het zijn eerste werkdag was. Dat kan gebeuren natuurlijk. Het is wel een beetje zien en gezien worden in het dit hotel en restaurant. Kwaliteit van eten en drinken is goed, service en snelheid van bedienen kan beter. De bediening werkt niet efficiënt...

"A very beautiful place. The housekeeper was very friendly. Unfortunately, the communication didn't work as expected. We had to keep the windows in the room opened because it was hot, but the street it leads to is sometimes quite loud when a car passes by."

"We had an amazing stay at Château d’Étoges. The castle is beautiful, full of history, and surrounded by peaceful gardens. Our room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable. The staff was warm, welcoming, and always happy to help. Breakfast was fresh and delicious with a great selection. "So lucky to find this lovely small family-run hotel, above their own champagne house. Clean, friendly, spacious, super views. Access to the kitchen too for tea, coffee, or preparing a picnic to have on the balcony if you chose to do that. Serene venue. We would stay again like a shot!"
