"Beautiful hotel, best bed EVER, like sleeping on a cloud! Cannot give a perfect score because of the shower experience: scalding hot or freezing cold, was unable to find a comfortable middle, also the shower floor is slick and slippery. It would have been nice to have body lotion, none provided. Food at Maison M restaurant was pretty good, awesome and generous breakfast, but uneven service. Overall very good experience, glad we stayed."

"I paid through Expedia for a room described as grand apartment and the listing showed photos of the room ….when we arrived the room we were given it was from a lower category. I looked on Expedia and the exact photos of the room we were given on Expedia showed a lower price (and listed as a different category) than I paid. "My name is Tamara, visiting from the US & this was my 1st time in Morocco. I love loooove everything about my stay @ Kaan. From the location, the aesthetics to the staff, the free breakfast, the rooftop restaurant, the amenities, my stay was a 10 out of 10. I was greeted with a smile & an upgrade (lucky me) & that set the time for my 4 night stay. This will be my hotel whenever I’m back in Casablanca. They were worth every penny & then some. "A subpar stay. Definitely not up to global four seasons standards. Having stayed at numerous four seasons hotels all over the world, this is more like two or maybe three seasons at a maximum. A few things that led to this rating. 1) the room phone didn't work. I had to follow up multiple times over two days to have this fixed which led to multiple physical trips to reception to request anything I needed. 2) the pool didn't have changing rooms. Go and change in the toilet cubicle I was told. 3)...
