"This was our 2nd stay at this property. Sadly a whole host of "niggles" from the moment we arrived. Very warm welcome and support from staff throughout, but overall not the standard you should expect for this price point. We had to change rooms due to being given incorrect (accessible) room - we had paid for the one bedroom apartment and whilst technically this could be classed as such, it was not fit for purpose. Shower was set only at waist height, radiator broken in bathroom, poor layout of lighting. We were moved the next day. Unfortunately the shower in this room was also broken and required a call to reception to fix. Due to "works", the water was routinely off each morning! There was no notification of this so you could be halfway through ablutions to find the water simply stopped. No cleaning at all during our 5 night stay. This would be ok if cleaning equipment were provided in the flat! It's essential to have a dustpan and brush as minimum, given that it is set up as self catering! The whole flat (and corridors) needs a good deep clean - superficial cleaning seems to take place but the skirtings, floor and especially the balcony area needs thorough cleaning. We found cigarette ends and a champagne cork on our balcony, along with the general build up of grime. We also had to chase up batteries for the remote control and a spare light bulb. These things should be routinely checked. Staff were always responsive when we raised these issues but we shouldn't need to. "

"L’hôtel manque d’amour. Un exemple le plafond du salon est brisé et taché depuis au moins 5 ans. Les portes des chambres sont souvent en mauvais état. Pas de verre dans les chambres. Heureusement l’hôtel est bien situé et il y a des grands salons."

"We chose Montmartre because we only had 1.5 days in Paris. Wanted something that wasn't too far from the airport, but would also give us easy access to the main attractions. We also wanted to be in more of a neighborhood than a tourist area. The hotel is not marked well, even our taxi driver wasn't sure if he was dropping us off in the correct spot. We did like the neighborhood. Lots of local places to eat and grab drinks, we really enjoyed that. It felt safe (as far as large city safe goes), we still kept our eyes open and a general awareness that we were in a big city. The hotel had two keypad locks, which was nice. One at the very outer door on the street and a second before entrance to the hotel. The front desk is not manned with regularity so be sure to check the hours. We booked a family room (there was a door that led to a space too small to be called a hallway, more closet sized space) and then two rooms. The main room had a small kitchenette, decent sized bathroom and very small bedroom area. The second room had a very small bathroom and a very small bedroom. It was so small the only place to put our suitcases (carry on size) was under the bed. The shower drain was clogged and my husband had to clean it out as it was flooding the bathroom floor. Not going to lie, it is pretty gross to clean other people's hair out of a hotel bathroom drain just so you can shower. Overall I would stay in the Montmartre neighborhood again, but would choose a different hotel"
