"The staff is super friendly and accommodating. The hotel is located right in front of the famous L’industrie Pizza and down the street is Little Italy with many great restaurants. There famous caffe Paradiso is only a 7 min walk and a 5 min walk to Leons bagels! The hotel provided a free water dispenser down in their lobby as well as free coffee and teas. They also provide free yummy croissants in the mornings. I would definitely stay here again."

"It was our 3rd time staying here and we continue to like it a lot. Very conveniently located hotel. Rooms are decent size for NYC.
The breakfast is good and the breakfast staff does an amazing job of making sure all items are well stocked and guest tables cleaned and made available quickly. Hats off to them!
My only peeve is that I can never land the same good deal I get on Expedia through the Hyatt App, for this hotel. I miss out on earning Hyatt points but Expedia ends up getting a much...
