"Staff was good and breakfast was quite complete. It was all a bit dated. Hallways and floors, just need refurbishing.
It was clean.
It just wasn't in good shape.
Also the poor night staff had to run front desk, shop, and do guest service runs."

"As usual, our stay at Hampton Inn was wonderful. I find Hampton Inn, no matter what state or city, it is always consistently pleasant. It's welcoming, clean, has comfortable beds and a very nice breakfast! Oh, and coffee is available 24/7! We will visit again!"

"We dropped our luggage and left for business meetings. When we came back in the evening, we saw the tub full of termites and also termites on the pillows of the bed. Speaking with the manager to tell him what we saw, he refused a refund. We had to find another accommodation at 9 PM!"

"The room served it's purpose. It was booked for staying close to the festival we were going to on the speedway, but this hotel would not be a first or even second choice. The room smelled like pure cigarettes and was muggy. The light in the bathroom went out and we were almost in the dark in there. The walls looked like they had mold.
