Hospitality they provide are great.. never felt so welcoming as this. first time in hanoi is not an issue, they can provide anything from tour package arrangement, transportation, places to eat, to shop, and even money changer just at front receiptionist. Hope to come back to hanoi again in near future... "

My partner and I stayed for 6 nights and 7 days and from the moment we of check-in to the time of check-out we felt the warmth, helpfulness, and the hospitality of the staff. We also were pleased with the cleanliness of the room and the comfortable bed which gave us great rest. The guest services were also very helpful in providing us with a list of recommendations for restaurants, activities, and attractions ahead of arrival and scheduling us with transportation to our next location.
