"We only stayed here for one night, and we’re glad to leave. Room was average, smelt like mould. Bathroom was average, water went everywhere when you showered and the shower curtain/window blind/tiles all were mouldy. Bed was the worst we’ve slept on, was two singles pushed together and the bed sheet didn’t even reach across the whole mattress.
Overall check in/check out experience was average, not friendly and accommodating. Appreciate it’s a low cost option in Da Nang, but I’d you can...

"We booked 3 rooms at this hotel. All the rooms were old and dirty. The bathrooms were disgusting. Mold and mildew every where. Ceiling over the showers were peeling and flaking into the tub. The sleeping area was dark, musky odor, gnats, one room had a cockroach and my mother got freaked out and broke a glass then was charged $100,000dong. The pictures on website is a misrepresentation of the hotel. Hotel is old and dated.
Only positive was the staff were super nice and helpful."

"The property is modern, the Staff were amazing, nothing was difficult. Always smiling and welcoming. Although the property is a little away from Old Town, there were enough transport options available. Being surrounded by rice paddys gave a snapshot of life in Vietnam. If you choose to walk in the area there are amazing experiences, getting up early seeing the fish markets at work, the pottery museum and the many roadside coffee stalls and local restaurants all made for a great holiday."

"This is a clean and affordable place that offers great value for money. However, it is not within walking distance from Hoi An's Old Town, so transportation by car is necessary. It seems they offer free shuttle service to Hoi A twice a day but it was not available when we stayed there. It seems they run a free shuttle bus to/from Hoi An twice a day, but we couldn't use the service on the day we stayed due to maintenance. "
