"This property has some really nice rooms. We have the superior suite and I must say it was very nice. Very clean and spacious. Where are the resort lacked was customer service. When we arrived, the staff didn’t seem very friendly and gave us vague directions to our room and was unclear. We had to return shortly for further direction because the instructions were very unclear and we were lost. Out stay included breakfast, but we were very disappointed with the breakfast. The bacon was uncooked...

"Comodo vicino a Fiumicino e Roma Fiera. Colazione libera abbondante. Camere fuori all’albergo un po’ scomodo se piove anche se con la macchina puoi arrivare vicino . Sono mini appartamenti. La nostra camera aveva un po’ di umidità ma pulita . Personale gentilissimo sia all’entrata che alla colazione. Comodo vicino ai servizi e per il parcheggio gratis . A fianco c’è anche Euroma2 ."

"modern hotel you can find in Rome, very good interior, standart Euro breakfast until 10am, and free bfast for kids (my kids 5 and 7yo) close to airport (20 minute), and 20 minute 20 city. If you rent a car, comended if you'r looking for modern hotel near airport. because hotel near airport is too old. "

"Relais Garbatella is well-situated in a very local Roman neighborhood in Garbatella. A hop skip from Colosseum, 3 metro stops away on Line A and also conveniently accessible to Termini; might I mention that the Garbatella metro station is only 2.5 streets/blocks away. My liking of Relais Garbatella began well before stepping foot on the property. Luca’s above and beyond hospitality came in the form of openness with accommodation requests, answering questions about Rome, or needing extra supplies...

"Voyage effectué en juin 2026 - rapport qualité prix est plutôt satisfaisant - proche des transports en commun et pas si loin que ça des sites historiques. Les murs sont fins, on entend tout ce qui se passe à l’extérieur et le mobilier est un peu vieux."
