"We needed a room for an early morning flight the following day. The accommodation was extremely basic, no shampoo, no hair dryer, ultra small bathroom. The view out of the window was of the roof which unfortunately can’t be changed even if the room was renovated. There is no lift so you have to carry your bags upstairs. We would not stay here again and not recommend it. On saying that, the restaurant where we ate dinner that evening was outstanding and would highly recommend. It’s such a shame...

"Very convenient for early morning airport travel, which was exactly our situation. The airport is just a 2-minute walk directly from the hotel without needing to go outside. Since we left before breakfast, the hotel kindly provided a small takeaway breakfast box with pastries, fruit, and juice, which was a thoughtful touch."

"Easily the best hotel in the Port Adelaide region. The rooms are self-contained, always clean and very modern. The staff always go out of their way to assist in any way. Can't recommend highly enough!"

"Like a few other people mentioned, the access into the property is terrible, had to get out the car to open the gate, then we got tooted by the next car as we were too slow. Only 2 glasses for 4 people. But other than that clean room, plenty of room"

"I stayed at Avani Adelaide Residences and while the room itself was well presented and comfortable, the stay was let down by a lack of basic functionality. The internet did not work properly for most of the stay, which meant the TV and in-room phone were also unusable. On the second night, I had to go to a different room on another floor just to use a working TV and internet, which was inconvenient and disrupted the evening. Unfortunately, this ended up ruining what was meant to be a relaxed...

"Everything was great, staff helpful, apartment clean, had everything we needed, just found it a bit noisy at the weekend but that goes with the territory. Was a short walk to get to the tram and the bus which was great."
