"This independent hotel is very well positioned, the room is lovely. There might be more scenic places to have dinner in town. But the quality of the restaurant is really good. We particularly enjoyed breakfast. You can book boat trips with the hotel directly, which is highly encouraged by the owner."

"Everything was fine except the Bed Mattress was to firm and pillows so flat."

"Beautiful facility and great location with amazing views. Outstanding staff, professional and they went above and beyond whenever possible to help us. Only drawback its little too far from Kotor old town. It takes about an hour with an average taxi price of 80 euros. Overall we enjoyed our stay and highly recommend it."

"Bit dated inside and very poor breakfast."

"The location beats it all!! The hotel is right on the Adriatic coast next to the Old Town Budva and all the restaurants - couldn't ask for anything better! The room was spacious and clean. The only issue was the shower! The water leaks out of the glass shower cabin on the floor and I had to clean it up. From then on I had to shower in the SPA, which was great! Breakfast was nothing luxury but good basic breakfast with a nice variety of fruits."

"Awesome stay. We loved it"

"Good location, close to everything. Professional, friendly, helpful staff, good restaurant on site"

"Very central to the old town, about 3mins away, best breakfast I’ve ever experienced. Definitely worth every penny. Highly recommend"

"The view was amazing. The room was very clean and the staff were really friendly and helpful. Highly recommend."

"Todo! Es el hotel más hermoso del mundo! El servicio impecable. La comida espectacular."

"Best hotel in podgoriva. Close to the mall. City center and i like it"

"Fantastic stay at Perla. The staff was kind, cheerful and super helpful. The rooms were clean, well maintained and well equiped."

"This is not a 5 star hotel! Note by the bed to say this gift is especially for you - there was no gift so we had to ask at reception what was meant to be there, should have been given a lavender bag Had to ask for the bottle of wine which was part of booking through Expedia Magnifying mirror in bathroom useless - it's stuck on the wall so you have to lean across the sink to actually see in it Stationery folder in room had one moth-eaten postcard and pen marks all over it.
