"The corner room had a good ocean view and bridges. Centrally located. Lots of restaurants and bars with live bad nearby. Price is right approx. $35.00 The tenant are are mixed with expats and locals younger generation. Long wait for elevators, one is always broken. Elevators Smell like sewage or could be natural gas leak. If you can pass the elevators smells. It's ok, I'll stay again because of the price and location. "

"This is a condo that is being subleased. The key is sitting in a mailbox. There is security, Good Hot Water, & internet as well as a smart TV with Netflix however the room is dirty with no soap in the shower. "

"Photos on Travcelocity are totally deceiving, the location is not close to the beach or ocean. It is not possible to walk to a beach or safe to walk to the ocean. It is located close to a lot of restaurants as it is situated in the Korean English School area. The room condition was good and clean. The building condition was a bit run-down.
