"We booked this hotel at the last minute due to realizing a different hotel we had booked was much further from our destination than we thought. The staff were extremely friendly. When we told them that we would be checking out very early the next morning, they made us a packed lunch to take on our trip. We also received 20% off dinner at their on-property restaurant which ended up being the best meal of our trip. "

"The staff were incredible! The service was truly above and beyond! Our room had a view of the Matterhorn, which was amazing, though I do wish we had been one floor higher for a bit more privacy. We loved having the sauna and steam shower right in our room, it made for a wonderfully relaxing stay. The location is a bit remote and made getting around a little challenging, but it ended up working out perfectly for us since it rained during our visit.
