"I was charged multiple times and they couldn't tell me why. I also have not received it back into my account. I was charged for the room, $50 incidental hold, $14 for parking and a random $84 charge that they have no clue why and haven't refunded it."

"So impressed with the amenities and the overall luxury of this hotel! From the super nice bed, to the stone top desk, to the Nespresso in the room, to the bidet, and finally the really nice shower! LOVED this hotel!!! The girl at the front desk was awesome and so helpful as well. Would absolutely stay here again!"

"I don’t often write hotel reviews but though we only stayed one night, the Home 2 Suites by Hilton Old Scottsdale is worth it. We had an excellent experience. The room was incredibly spacious with two queen beds, a pull out couch and almost a full kitchen - large fridge, dishwasher, microwave and kitchen supplies. The hotel was very clean. And the breakfast was great - eggs, sausage, waffles, potato pancakes and more. I would highly recommend it."

"Very disappointing stay at Scottsdale Parkview Resort. The refrigerator in my Deluxe Room was not working, the AC was malfunctioning, and the staff was rude and unhelpful. Definitely not the quality or service I expected."

"Don’t even know where to start! Do NOT stay here!! This place is nothing like you see in the pictures. After check in and going up the broken hazardous stairs to our room, we were unpleasantly surprised with a dirty room. Crumbs on the counters, floors were so dirty and cigarette burn holes in the bedding!! The room reeked of cigarette smoke. There was no hot water our entire stay! microwave & telephone didn’t work. They only gave us 1 hand towel & 1 bath towel for 2 people. Asked for extras but...

"Rooms weren't very clean. Towels and sheets had stains. Our toilet was leaking onto the floor at night and they told us there wasn't anything they could do for us. We just dealt with a flooded bathroom that had a bathtub that barely drained until we could leave first thing in the morning."

"It was a good place to stay. The only thing that surprised us was , the hotel asked us for $200.00 deposit that would be refunded in 3-4 days after we left. We booked through expedia, so the manager said "that was on expedia". Other than that it was a good"

"3.5/5 for cleanliness. The walls, floors and baseboards of the units need to be cleaned and/or repainted. I looks like someone previously threw a party and scratched/scuffed up the walks badly. Also the party bike that you pedal rides through this neighborhood with music play just as an FYI The kitchen did have just about everything needed from a blender, to can opener’s, cookie sheet, etc. "
