"It was gross. There was a cockroach as soon as we walked up to the front door. When we got in our room and turned the light on we saw a roach run across the table. The carpet was stained, there was mold in the bathroom and the whole place smelled awful. I ended up booking at a different motel for the rest of my trip."

Never have I stayed at a Hyatt property with this being Hyatt Place Albuquerque Airport and it be so terrible.
