"Awesome breakfast, nice property"

"Pros: *Basically clean..although the room and hall flooring would be better brighter and cleaner. *Mostly quiet, though the long street side of the hotel can be noisy on occasion. Weekends could be a problem. *Breakfast and coffee were good..better than expected, but the dining room was needing sliding glass door blinds or shades. Cons: *Smells! My non-smoking room smelled of cigarettes. Hallways smelled of pet odors masked with deodorants. *No desk or microwave in the room. *Other guests mentioned lack of prompt response from staff, phones not answered, plumbing problems not addressed until a day later."

"Newly remodeled in awesome southwestern style. Huge room and king bed. Restaurant on site features New Mexican food, I didn't eat there but they say it's excellent. Quiet area."

"Checked in once we saw the property and room it was time to go. The king size bed looked like it was rode hard and put away wet. Nonetheless, the staff was very accommodating and allowed us a complete refund and we were on our way to find new accommodations."

"Classic property right off the plaza. A little confusing navigating given the renovations, but the atmosphere and history was comfortable. Our room was spacious and the fitness center, while a bit small for the size of the property, well outfitted including a rower. Can't beat the location for strolling to all the Santa Fe sites, museums, shopping and dining."

"Wonderful hotel and staff. A bit challenging to get to without GPS when coming in from rodeo road but a great location overall."
