"Hall de espera con cortesía en bebidas y galletas dulces así como bebida preparada de flor de jamaica. Área de sauna e hidromasaje falta mejorar limpieza ya que se aprecia haber sido usada por otras personas en las espumas de tina ya usadas y / o toallas dejadas en las dos ocasiones que solicité."

"The room was pleasant and always clean for us after a long day. Breakfast was always on the table before we showed up to the table. Staff was very friendly and helpful. A 10 min walk away from the Plaza de Armas, quite place if you like to stay away from the noise. "

"This was a great hotel. Near the plaza but without all crowds. Breakfast was ready each morning at 6sm with many options. The front desk staff was always helpful and courteous"

"Great location, close to many restaurants and bars. About 2 blocks from the plaza. The rooms all face inside so you can’t open window for ventilation. There was no AC. We asked for a fan and that helped a lot. It was quiet and they held our luggage before snd after check in/out. Would recommend."

"I liked that it was very close to the plaza de armas and the monastery. Not sure how stars are give. But this place was not a 4 star. I would give it a 3 star. Just not a level of a 4 star with lack of towels and lack of a working refrigerator and other items usually done at higher end hotels."

"A wonderful, intimate hotel. This hotel feels cozy without feeling outdated. All the amenities were great. The shower had very hot water (a rare thing in Peru). A short 15 walk from the Plaza de Armas. The staff and owner of the hotel were incredibly helpful and accommodating. Breakfast was excellent. The garden was so peaceful and calming. I stayed with my family of four and we wished we could stay longer to fully see all of Arequipa. You will not regret staying here. Loved it. 10/10"
