A localização é excelente. Dez minutos do aeroporto, 100 mts da orla e vários restaurantes que podemos ir a pé. É uma instalação antiga, mas muito bem conservada e otimizada. Cama confortável, toalhas perfumadas e macias, tomadas de energia dos dois lados da cama e muito lugar para guardar suas roupas e etc. Sentimos falta de secador de cabelo no banheiro, mas não perguntamos se tinham disponível. O atendimento da recepção e da proprietária é muito bom, mas a comunicação com as meninas do café da manhã foi bem fraca, acho que não gostam de conversa. Isso não comprometeu a qualidade de tudo que foi servido. Bem organizado, frutas frescas, bolos deliciosos e sanduiches bem montados e saborosos. Parabéns para quem faz o café que fica disponível o dia todo na recepção. Já estou me programando para passar o réveillon lá.

A Melhor Pousada de Vitoria!

Passarinho 6 horas da manhã fazia um barulhão, crianças fritando no corredor, clientes batendo forte para alguém abrir a porta, criança 12 anos administração cobrando seu chekout, faziam muito barulhos, obra de furadeiras no local e manteladas, não me deram o quarto de luxo me deram um quarto no térreo tifo mofado, disse que o valor não foi atualizado e qur não era aquele eu reclame que n ia ficar naquele quarto. Não estão atendendo mais como era com o filho dele o Nico .Agora é o Sr Giovanni que só entende italiano e muito pouco português n entende. Já há 5 anos que fico nessa pousada e agora mudou muito . Excelente opção, próximo do aeroporto, com ótimos comércios por perto, local seguro e próximo da praia. Tem um excelente café da manhã, as instalações são impecavelmente limpas, e com suítes bastante confortáveis. Roupas de cama e banho perfumadas e trocadas diariamente.
