"Confirmed we could do early check in and got there at the told time of 1pm from driving from Texas. Was told that even though we were told we had early check in, the rooms were not available and needed to wait until 3pm."

"We stayed 2 nights while at Disneyland, which was an easy walk from the hotel. Underground parking was free and convenient. The staff was very friendly and helpful, and the room was clean and modern. We will definitely stay here for our next Disney trip."

"Found an acrylic nail in the bed. AC was set to 60, stayed at 74 all day/night. Up stairs drains, drained slow enough to create a puddle. Pool was not open yet (closed since February I believe) would be nice if mgmt planned to have it open by summer."

"Great room options! The 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom suite was a must have for mom and dad plus 2 teenage daughters! Pool was on the small side and the breakfast was your typical budget hotel fare.... eggs of some type, sausage, pastries, fruit, juice, waffles....etc. they replace towels and empty trash daily and "full housekeeping" clean on the 3rd day of your stay. Our room was missed somehow and not cleaned till the 5th day. Miscommunication, short staffed, not sure? Literally a 10 minute walk or 2...

"We booked primarily for the location and the kitchen. It was a 10 minute walk to the parks which was great after a long day of walking. Parking was very crowded as they squeeze in every car so don't count on your car being by your room. We wanted a kitchen and while it had enough utensils, plates/bowls, and pots and pans, there was only one sharp knife, no pot holders for using the oven, dish towels, or a dish drainer. "
