The shuttle service to Schiphol Airport is very convenient, which is a big plus. The hotel is adjacent to the Bastion Hotel and the buildings are connected, but access to the Best Western entrance is from the corner and is not very convenient. We booked the room through Expedia and selected a room with breakfast, but later learned from the hotel reception that breakfast was not included, which was disappointing.
