"The place was amazing. The staff were very helpful, attentive and friendly. They really helped me with my 3 days in Budapest. They had towel warmers in the bathroom and even a shoehorn The breakfast was big with a lot of choices, unfortunately not a lot of American type breakfast food. I mean salami and oiled vegetablesIt was all good, just different. The only complaint was the carpet in the halls and room was modern to the point of extreme. "Great location for sites. However, staff were not helpful when asking any questions or friendly at check-in. Had to have windows open to cool since cooling system was not on yet. Remodeling was going on in the hotel so you occasionally had paint odors or had to walk thru areas under work. "
