"No staff on arrival, no check in instructions. I was waiting around for ages. I had to call the hotel number and ask for help with check in. The room was ok. I didn’t feel very safe here, but nothing happened for me to feel that way. The rooms are not sound proof as stated in the ad. I had someone banging on my door at 4am on my second night, I didn’t answer but they persisted. They eventually left. The shower was not warm at all. The property itself is lovely inside with lots of designer touches and interesting decor. It is very practical too with 3 double rooms and 3 bathrooms, and a kitchen loving space.
