"The location, super close to the new Train station is a huge plus. The property is new and with nice rooms. A big watch out in case you are traveling during hot days in the summer as the property does not allow to regulate too much the temperature in the room and you might end like me asking for a fan for the room. Opening the window is not a great option as the noise is usual at the plaza in front of the station."

"Rooms have no a/c so in summer it’s really hot. They could use a bathroom update with showers and remove the tubs. The views are outstanding. And the room size was also nice."

"Cleanliness maintained with daily room service. Good service. Property itself needs to be updated. There was no air conditioning. We were there in the peak heat of summer and it did cool somewhat and just enough to be able to sleep without covers."

"To me from Asia, i had serious problem with electric plug/connector beside the bed, my laptop charger can not match with your connector because of the model is in small diameter, but i was in Zurich and Zermatt and i didnt find this issue. "

"While not downtown, the hotel is clean and easily accessible by local transit (or highway, if one is driving). Staff were very helpful, and also provided a local transit pass for the duration of my stay."
