"We hadden een mooie kamer met een goede badkamer. Het bed was uitstekend. De ontbijtzaal was gezellig en het eten was lekker. Het enige minpunt van het hotel is de gehorigheid. Een kamer aan de straatkant brengt veel straatlawaai met zich mee. Voor de rest prima, goed gelegen."

"Mijn verblijf hier was helaas erg teleurstellend. Tijdens mijn verblijf werkte er maar één lift, wat voor veel ongemak en lange wachttijden zorgde. Daarnaast lag er een stuk glas op de kamer, waar ik mijn voet aan heb opengehaald. Dit is natuurlijk onacceptabel en ronduit gevaarlijk. Wat het nog erger maakt, is dat het personeel hier vervolgens niets mee deed en totaal niet adequaat reageerde op de situatie. Al met al een zeer negatieve ervaring, waarbij zowel de hygiëne als de service zwaar...

"We have given 5 stars as the hotel & location were excellent. BUT would strongly advise finding out if there's any roadworks being carried out near the hotel! We were woken both mornings at 7.30am with very loud road works outside. If we had known these works were going on we would have booked a different hotel in a quiet area. While we appreciate repair works are necessary we really feel we should have been informed prior to our stay to make a choice. We were away to relax in the peace & calm...
