"I am astounded at the rudeness of the staff. I called days before our trip and added the pet deposit. Their website says pet friendly. When we checked in, they placed us in a room that doesn't allow pets. They then said we had to "get rid" of our pet in order to stay there. The desk attendant was on the phone with another person who was very loudly saying that it wasn't their problem, it was mine. So incredibly rude and uncalled for in a hospitality industry. The heat was a bit spotty in the living room area vs say the bedroom. The fireplace helped with living room heating. The comoliment of kitchenette dishes was sufficient for the time stayed. "DO NOT STAY HERE I paid over 120 for one night and my room did not have a trash can, no wash cloths or kitchen and it wasn’t ocean view and they wouldn’t give me a refund "

"King Oceanfront Room was spacious, clean, and updated with wooden floors. We requested the safe in the room to be fixed twice, but still did not work.
