"You get what you paid. Staff were friendly. Pool and small gym. Free breakfast but nothing fancy. Would stay again if on a budget. My room the toilet would keep making noise. Photos on website seem outdated."

"At the time we visited the hotel their was only one elevator working and the hotel was very packed. It took fifteen minutes just to get on the elevator. A lot of families were frustrated. Outside of that, we had a great experience. "

"We had a lovely stay. Staff was very friendly, rooms were clean and this hotel was the best in the Addison area. My only criticism would be that breakfast vouchers should be provided for hotel guests."

"I stayed at this Motel 6 location when I first arrived in Dallas, and unfortunately, my experience was very disappointing—especially compared to my previous stay at Motel 6 in Los Angeles, which was decent and acceptable. The room here was in very poor condition. It was clearly not cleaned properly—there was hair on the floor, and the toilet looked like it hadn’t been cleaned at all. The furniture was also in bad shape, the sofa was worn out and partially broken. On top of that, some of the lights in the room didn’t even work, the refrigerator was extremely noisy, and the soundproofing was terrible—you could easily hear noise from outside and neighboring rooms. Overall, the room felt old, poorly maintained, and far from clean. This was not the standard I expected based on my previous experience with Motel 6."
