"The property was clean and pretty however I wasn’t aware of the $35 fee at the entrance & another additional resort fee upon checkin. There was no option for an early check in and no complementary breakfast in the morning either"

"It was a peaceful couple of nights.The views are worth paying for. There was a problem when we got there because we had chosen a room with a “Mountain View” and we were given a room that did not have a “Mountain View”. After ten minutes, the appropriate accommodations were made and we were given the room we had reserved online. Thank you to management for making things right. But overall it’s a great place to stay. "

"I had booking for 4 days, day 2nd no one came to clean room and no towels change. I went to customer service desk and lady said I supposed to ask them to for room service. I told her next two days to cleanup rook she said they would do that, I called her to make sure room is cleaned and she said don’t worry it will be cleaned, when we came back late night no one did any thing. All 4 days we ended up using same towels and beddings "

"My wife made a mistake on the date she made a reservation for. Right after the reservation email came we saw it was wrong and we called Expedia to try to change the date. Expedia told us to talk to the property (that they would have to approve the change). We were in Page at the time so we went over there. They said we would need to speak with Expedia to approve the change. Then the lady at the counter got manager on the phone and she refused to allow us to change the date to when we need it in...
