"When we arrived, we were told our room wasn't ready... then it was... but we went inside and it had not been cleaned. We told the front desk, and waited in the beautiful lanai for about 30 minutes before our room was ready. Despite the initial screw-up, we were in pretty quickly and enjoyed free tea and water while relaxing on a couch... Everyone makes mistakes, it's how you react to them that counts, and Paradise Bay Resort did very well! Sunset, Sunrise, Kayak, repeat as necessary 😊"
