"This place is in a great central location close to the airport. There are a lot of options for dining and buying groceries nearby. The staff was always kind and helpful. I appreciate the free coffee service every morning. Parking was free, and there were always spaces available during our stay. I would recommend using earplugs due to roosters being very loud early in the morning. Other than that, it was a nice, pleasant experience."

"Room was too outdated. Staff were fantastic, Didn’t have to use the hot tub and spa. Parking charges is ridiculously expensive although knew that per booking. Enjoyed the breakfast buffet every day to start our day and had a great time mainly relaxing by the pool and walks on the beach. "

"Staff took care of our room every day and it felt great to return back to our room ar night with it reset and cleaned. The pool was great. We loved our view and would enjoy that same view again. I would recommend this location to anyway who wants to be on beach. That was the best part. "

"Lot's of unforeseen charges. Checked out late and never was told there would be a charge of $200 if I didn't check out on time. Front desk just said it was fine. Had to find out by seeing my card charged"

"We loved every minute at Kauai shores. The people were awesome, the food at Lava Lava Beach Club was amazing and the atmosphere was very relaxing. Everything is clean and well maintained. It was definitely the best pic for our trip!"

"The Hilton Hawaiian Garden is perfect for anyone going. Perfectly central and the most beautiful walking path along the ocean. The staff amazing, friendly, and accommodating. The Tiki Bar, delicious, upbeat, and a great place to have a cocktail and watch the sunset. Two pools and a great place for families."

"I booked our room through Expedia and specifically chose the accessible room with a roll in shower but upon check-in, was offered a shower chair instead. My wife is pregnant so that was supposed to be a non-negotiable but they didn’t actually have that type available, apparently. Also, they are doing major renovations and blocked off a big part of the lobby. The route to the elevator is super weird and dark. The big iconic waterfall part of the pool was closed off too. The pools were really nice...

"Great ocean view from balcony, 2 good restaurants plus poolside bar with friendly, experienced bartenders. Large pool with lots of lounge space and the beach right across the sidewalk 😊"

"Best stay we had on any of the islands. Staff is outstanding, and the location is first rate. Walking distance to shops and restaurants and the views are incredible. Beach toys and bikes to use along with tasty banana bread. Would definitely stay here again."

"Staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was simple with fresh fruit and grab and take items. They do have a microwave. Parking was great! Loved the ocean view and easy access to restaurants, beaches and walking paths. Were disappointed with the one bathroom window that was in need of repair around the frame. It had very dark stuff around it like dirt, rust or mold(??)."

"Lovely staff and lovely location, some of the outdoor fixtures and furniture were a bit worn, and the TV was near impossible to use, but overall had a good time. My only reason for dropping down 2 stars is because the first room we were assigned to, still had people checked in. Thank goodness they were not in the room when we entered!! The second reason is because we had a 'Do Not Disturb' sign hanging off our door, but someone (assuming housekeeping) came in and promptly left. We were checking...

"I am on a nutrition meal plan and the kitchen had everything I needed. Great property and staff. Pools are perfect and restaurants are great value. Property is beautifully landscaped and well taken care of. "
