"Great stay. Will be coming here again. CoCo D was a perfect sized cottage for me and my wife. They give you access to their bikes, kayaks, and beach supply with direct access to the Fern Grotto from the property to kayak from. "

"Accessible to north, east (near family) and south of island, family friendly beach, and grocery stores. A/c is only in extra den with sofa bed so main room had ceiling fan but less circulation, and with windows open, you hear more louder neighbors stomping up/down stairs & loud voices in the middle of night. A/c wasn't needed in den since near patio doors; wished a/c was in main room for temperature and outside noise control. Traffic noise wasn't too bad despite having closest room to street....
