"This was my first time staying in a hostel and Howzit made it the experience of a LIFETIME! The staff was amazing and made such an effort to connect with all the guests on a personal level with group activities. The community is super friendly and people are incredibly generous with sharing car rentals, including others in plans, etc. Makena, a staff member, was amazing and took a couple of us snorkeling at Baby Beach on her day off! The staff really cares about making sure everyone has fun and is super safe!"

"They have text system where you can message the Front desk, its not convenient they respond the following day if you have any questions. And during the day we’re checking in, we were arriving later time I tried calling them, the front desk doesn’t answer their. Also note they clean every other day. But overall we still had a good vacation."
