Amazing staff and wonderful amenities for a more than reasonable price. Excellent location next to the station with convenient stores and restaurants nearby. There’s also a wonderful free coffee service with an urban view if you have time to kill. Highly recommended, as Wakayama is a hidden gem and worth a visit

Excellent location and wonderful service

The location is very convenient as it is next to the JR station. The hotel’s fifth floor is connected to the department store kintetsu. Even the hotel is not trendy or new, the service is wonderful. The staff bow the guest and press the button of the lift for the guest.

I think this hotel ranks as one of the best I've ever stayed at during my times in Japan. It's one minute from train station. Great staff, helpful, large rooms (for Japan).
