Cari Chalet di Wakulla Springs

"It was a nice diversion from a traditional hotel experience. The staff was great in every interaction we had with them. Front desk, dining room staff, housekeeping, maintenance staff. No exceptions - they were all friendly, considerate and helpful. The room was comfortable - warning: no TV, no microwave, no refrigerator. The AC minimum was set to 69. The dining room had great food - warning: don't get the vegetable medley. The boat tour was enjoyable and surprisingly affordable. There were...

"If I could give this hotel a -10 star review I would. If you're planning on staying here number one do not bring your service animal or be prepared to be questioned about your service animal because Raj will do just that. And do it with an attitude. He made my sister almost cry when he was questioning her about her service animal. He is very very rude and has a major attitude. And then when we went to go to bed let me tell you about their beds it's like sleeping on the floor if you like...

"Wonderful stay at this location! Very clean and peaceful. Greeted at the front desk by a friendly young lady. Rooms were updated with hardwood floors and new furniture. Beds were super comfortable. Great to have a separate section with a microwave and good size fridge. Bathroom was also clean and updated. Breakfast was amazing and the lady working, Sharon, was so kind and kept everything super clean and breakfast items stacked. Really nice courtyard. Will definitely stay here again!"

"Clean room Helpful staff. Well-lit parking lot."

"Super clean and a professional staff."

"My stay was wonderful! The location was perfect, within walking distance of everything I needed. The staff was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and helpful, always happy to answer any questions I had. I also loved that the rooms were not only clean and modern but thoughtfully equipped with a white noise machine, which made all the difference in getting a great night's sleep. I truly enjoyed my stay and would happily come back!"

"The water wasn’t working when I was there for hours"

"This Hampton Inn was pristine!!!! The absolute best Hampton we have ever stayed in. The parking was very convenient, lobby was beautiful, guest check in was very easy and the person at check in was very friendly and helpful. The room, we had a king bed, was amazing. The bathroom was huge and actually had plenty of hooks to hang your bath towels! It also had pull out shelves under the counter that were very convenient. The water pressure was great and the water was hot int he shower! The AC...

"Everything was great"

"Everything!"

"The manager was very helpful when I needed to make a change due to a hurricane that was coming to the area. The property was quiet, even being close to two major universities on a Saturday night. Breakfast was delicious and the staff were polite and helpful. Will stay here again."

"Restaurants are excellent"

"The automatic door from the lobby is slow to respond. The sensor may need to be adjusted so you don't walk into the door before it actually opens."
