"The hotel was very clean. Someone was always mopping or vacuuming.The room was great! The beds were so comfortable! The gentleman at the desk was very kind and helpful! They had the basic continental breafast. Didn't use the pool, but there's a huge community's room by the pool that could be used for parties! We will definitely stay again if we are in the area!"

They even reached out by text to see if we had any questions or needs.The rooms were clean when we arrived and cleaned the next day while we were out and about. There is no microwave or refrigerator in the room. However, there is a microwave next to the ice machine on each floor. We enjoyed the breakfast buffet however it does cost $15 a person. "

"The heater in one room had a gross smell and hadn’t been cleaned out in a very long time. Staff at the desk was rude and they made me get another room just because my niece and nephews had a few friends visiting. No one was allowed to use the pool if they weren’t guests and no one was allowed to visit unless it was under 2 hrs total. We canceled our reservation for the second night and found a more accommodating hotel to stay at. We will not be returning to a quality inn period. I would rather pay a little more money for better customer service! "

"The breakfast was gross,cold. The room was clean,hotel was clean. Hot tub and pool were out of order on Sunday due to high levels of chlorine levels. When we got into the hot tub on Saturday It immediately burned our eyes so we got out. The hot tub also turned my wedding ring grey/tarnished. For the price we paid we could not enjoy the amenities the breakfast was gross. I don't know if I would stay here again. "
