"Though the bed and linens were clean comfortable, the room definitely needed a thorough cleaning. Poor smell throughout hotel. dusty, and needed vacuum well. The front entrance was dirty, the bench to sit on had green mold and needed replaced bad. Some shady characters were staying there."
"Unfortunately, my experience at this Red Roof Inn was extremely disappointing. What started as a normal stay quickly became uncomfortable due to an interaction with staff that left me feeling unwelcome and uneasy.
I understand that hotels have policies and that staff have a responsibility to enforce them. However, I believe there is a respectful and professional way to handle situations with paying guests, and unfortunately, that was not how my situation felt.
