"Great location, friendly and helpful staff, and nice breakfast. While the hotel is undergoing renovations, the staff did as good a job as possible under the circumstances. The lobby looks impressive in pictures, but was blocked off for construction."

"Upon arrival, I was made to wait for the woman to complete a reservation over the phone that took almost 7 minutes while my uber driver threatened to leave my dogs at the front door because he no longer could wait and I told her that and she had no sympathy and still made me wait. I feel I should have been took care of first since I already have a reservation and I was in front of her she could've easily placed her on hold. She was very rude to me. But the icing on the cake is the fact that she told my boyfriend as he arrived that I had had another male guests there earlier (my brother)! Can't even make this up.The woman tried to ruin my whole relationship , mingling in my personal business. As an IHG member, i expect to be treated with some respect , but I received the exact opposite. Very disappointed with this stay and the staff."
