"Very tiny hotel but if you’re staying there for one night, it’s perfect"

"Unfortunately they said at the desk that they were working out some kinks. The television and the coffee maker did not work at all. And the desk said they didn’t have anyone to look at it for us. And lastly, there was no breakfast service when we woke up bc there wasn’t a chef on duty. I don’t understand how they didn’t have food service on a Sunday morning. It’s an adorable hotel. It was just a bummer to pay so much when we missed out on so much A Markle"

"The bedding needs an upgrade. Thin sheets, stiff mattress and hard pillows. AC works well. Elevator is super slow and loud. "

"Extremely rude staff and Managment doesn’t care. We trying to informed the management about how rude their staff are and they didn’t even bother to respond to us. They simply said “someone will get back to you”. No one did. Avoid this location as it doesn’t represent Waldorf."
