"The room was outdated and a little dirty. They did not offer airport transportation unless you booked 24 hours in advance. I had to rent an Uber there and back to the airport to get a rental car. If you need something quick for a short period of time okay but for a long stay it would be a no for me."

"This hotel room gave me the “ICKS” as soon as I saw it but I tried to tough it out! The room smelled very Dank upon entering! The room was old and the bathroom was very old and icky. I saw a roach in the bathroom in the middle of the night. The rooms definitely need a complete remodel and deep cleaning. I would not return to this hotel under any circumstances!"

"We had a booked originally a different hotel about 20 minutes away and it was absolutely disgusting. We were able to book this one within 30 minutes and be there and check in with no issues! Breakfast was excellent and everything was nice and clean. The staff was also super helpful."

Towels and pool noodles were provided by the hotel. I don’t think the pool was heated which didn’t bother my granddaughter in the least but us older folks found it too chilly to completely enjoy. "I informed the staff that the internet was down at 4:00 pm and it was stll down at 8:00 am. They kept showing me on their phones that it was up but it wasn't. I missed getting a lot of crutial work done that put me way behind. Pool water was clowdy and there was mold growing on the sides. The pool is in poor condition with cracked loose tiles on the perimeter."

There was only one paper cup in the room for 2 guests. The bathtub was so stained it looked like it had not been cleaned. "First there was a motorcycle event being held at the hotel next door, which left no parking for me when I returned to the hotel in the evening. I called the front dest to advise and was told " yes alot of others have said the same, if you'd like, you can come to the front desk and get a tag to put in your car, that might prevent it from getting towed.
