Hotel Best Western di Walnut Creek

"When I stayed there the elevator didn't work and I asked him for the first floor and they gave me a second floor and my wife had a broken ankle so that was not a good thing but other than that it's a decent hotel"

"The room was clean but there was a homeless man in the hallway by the ice machine charging his phone for hours and smoking in a no. Smoking area and no one came to make him leave at all ever"

"Breakfast was pretty bad, just old Coffee, tea bag , a little scramble egg and sausage, no other options , they should not advertise it as "free Breakfast". The building and room very outdated , it looks they didn't do and upgrade since 1990s, staff were friendly and hotel is in good location, unfortunately no other affordable hotel around. Better to drive to Walnut Creek if you want a decent place."
