Hotel murah di Walnut Ridge

"Room was not ready when arrived and then given a room next to public bathroom and vending machines. Very noisy all night."

"The hotel was great. Rooms, amenities, breakfast were all good. However, the staff was outstanding, they really took care of my family and I. We all stayed there for family business and Stacy and the entire staff really took good care of us. We even asked if there was a meeting type room so our entire family, those staying in hotel and local could have 1 last family gathering before we all departed. They were on it. They let us use the meeting room so the 11 of us could spend quiet family time....

"Staff was friendly and our room was very clean."

"Don’t count on the Wi-Fi! Page wouldn’t even load so you couldn’t connect. It was awful, had to hotspot just to stay on top of my work."

"My room door didn’t lock and it left me and my children in a dangerous situation. Property said they couldn’t move me into another room since they were sold out on second night of stay. Metal plate on the side of door was removed so door could engage lock, but who’s to say someone couldn’t now just kick the door jam in if they wanted to? I didn’t sleep a wink and had to drive 5 hours the next day home! Horrible experience! No maintenance on site and owner was not apologetic what so ever! If...

"Unfortunately there was construction going on that we were not made aware of prior to booking. We arrived Friday night to drilling and pounding well past 8 pm. There was only one set of towels in our room and when we asked for more they didn’t have any clean towels available. I witnessed another woman asking for some at the front seat at another time and all they were able to give her was a hand towel when she needed to shower. I’m not sure what the employees did. Saturday night we walked in and...

"Brand new, clean room and outstanding staff."

"Second time staying here, enjoyed both times very much.this place is clean nice and in the middle of everything. Dont have to drive far to get to anywhere."

"The room was ok but the shower was half busted, water pouring out of the spout while the showerhead was on. The complimentary breakfast was absolutely garbage. They had all the baskets and compartments for fruit and muffins and bread but there was nothing there. All they had was raisin bran and Cheerios and a decanter that only had a little bit of milk left. The juice machine ran water on the apple, only the cranberry and orange worked. There was literally nothing to eat and they were even out...

"We had a king room with sofa. It was nice size and clean. The only issue was the bed. It wasn’t really bad but just not comfortable as our home bed. We didn’t eat at breakfast so I can’t comment on that. It was pretty easy access off of highway and felt like a safe area."

"Close to ASU and many restaurants"

"Very new build, the room was very clean, the pool looked clean even though we didn’t use it. The breakfast was ok at best, they use the premade omelette egg things that taste like cardboard and there wasn’t really any breads stocked the two days we were there. If you’re staying multiple days. The keycards turn off every day at 11."

"Very clean property. Staff was excellent. Mattresses were not so good. And, $17 per person for breakfast so we did not try. The room cost was more than others in the area so our budget went to room and not breakfast. Good location."

"We did not even finish our stay here. I was traveling with my two kids and we already were not impressed by the peeling bathtub when we realized there was no way to actually secure the door from anyone else who might have a keycard. The chain to the door had been removed and using the card overrode the “deadbolt”. This freaked out my kids (and me) to the point we booked another hotel and left that night to stay elsewhere."

"Needs some updates. Bathroom mostly. Stained carpet in room like a large spot of maybe gum on the floor. Rusty fixtures."
