"Tram stop outside so bring your OPAL card. We walked to the lighthouse and down the cost from the hotel. Very close walk to First Parking station so go there first and wheel bags to the hotel. Street parking at the hotel entry is a lucky dip and paid parking."

"Great location. Car parking close by, Buffet breakfast and clean rooms. An extra blanket in each room would be good"

"Very disappointed with this hotel. TV did not work. Tablet rebooted every time placed in docking station despite being powered down. Light & fan in bathroom on auto for 5 minutes even if just walking past & not entering. Very frustrating in middle of night. Needs soundproofing. Despite being on 6th floor we could hear lots of street noise. Very disturbed night. Bar closed at 9pm just as theatre finished. Would not stay again."

"Love the internal garage, homely feel to the place, excellent facilities, could really live there forever. Lovely view of the sun setting from the balcony, my only negative is the balcony is looking straight into other peoples backyards, but apart from that it is in a really central location and scenic area"

"The hotel was comfortable for a short stay. However my non-smoking room stunk of old ciggarette smoke and there was ash on the desk next to the window. Room and bathroom were both clean. No bath towel on arrival and the one I got from reception had a massive rip in it. The bed was comfortable, aircon worked and lots of street parking available. Price was cheap for a very central location."

"Great location and easy check in and check out done virtually. It is keyless entry so a code is sent to you to use throughout your stay to access your room and other amenities. If you book parking, they send you a separate code, so it can be tricky trying to remember which of the two six digit codes to use. The lounge room area was spacious with a huge TV. The kitchen was well-equipped to do basic cooking. I found my unit to be comfortable and private. A nice balcony provides extra space to get...
