Dragonfly Hotel Bury St Edmunds
Not impressed with the check-in policy. Charging an extra £10 per hour before 4pm. Room ready but trying to fleece the customer.

The staff were friendly and helpful and my room was spacious, bright, airy and clean. The bed was huge and very comfortable. A great holiday property in a great location especially for wild life lovers, or a great introduction to wild life. A place to recommend your friends to stay Good food at the Guinness Arms and at the cafe at the Cathedral in Bury St Edmunds.
