"The hotel is very nice and well maintained. I love the vintage design and how well they have managed to continue to its original look throughout the years. My room was nice and clean and have no complaints other than the location of the room being close to the elevator and wish the front desk had told me that when checking in. The sound of people coming in and out so early was a little unpleasant. But other than that I did enjoy my stay. I definitely will return, just in another room."

"Nice hotel, however, it sits directly on the freeway. Unfortunately, I'm a light sleeper and our room was on the traffic side. There were no other rooms on the opposite side of the hotel per staff, however, staff were very helpful and did their best to accommodate. Pool is quite small, but the kiddo enjoyed it. Overall the hotel is clean, has a calm environment, and staff is friendly and helpful."

"Check in was quick and easy, front staff were excellent and were able to accomodate our "I want to be on a high floor" needs. Rooom was clean and spacious, we had a good stay. Thank you Hotel Burbank."

"The property looks like had been renovated before but lots of things still look outdated and not modernize. One thing very important is they should provide a non slip mat in the bath tub because it is very slippery when wet. I almost slip and fell when I took a shower. Also, a shower head is missing. There was also no plugs near the bed for phone charging. Air conditioning pretty noisy also. But overall, it was a good stay to have some rest."

"It was a pain to park, especially when obvious employees of the restaurant park in our spot to go to the restaurant, almost every day, we had to park on the other side of the hotel. The TV was completely useless, we couldn’t get any channels at all. The inside of the room was decent, I’ll give it that. But it was disappointing"

"The property manager, Ana, was an INCREDIBLE host! She really went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable and ensure my stay was stellar. She was attentive, kind, and really helped me out with important packages that were being delivered for my work. Honestly, the level of care and customer service she provided surpassed what I've experienced at many major hotel brands. Thanks so much Ana!!!"

"Fun quirky little space. Great proximity to a lot of awesome things. The handyman on properties particularly amusing. Had some issues with our shower, though, and the blinds in the room don’t close completely to block the enormous amount of light in the courtyard and drive space at night. Lost some of it’s gripping power over the years. Had to tape our blinds shut to sleep."
