"Really unique hotel in a great area"

"We enjoyed our stay. The restaurant was good, the staffwere friendly & helpful. The hotel was located by the water. There are not many outside restaurants near the hotel."

"I had a cozy little room, just the right size for a single guest, and it had a cute balcony. The blinds on the window and on the balcony door looked nice, but didn't block much light, so bring a sleep mask if you need darkness to sleep. The glass doors to the walk-in shower were a bit sticky, but so what- I prefer that type of shower to one with a bathtub. The free coffee and muffins in the morning were a plus."

"Beautiful, large room wtih tasteful, thoughtfully-selected furniture and amenities. Location was excellent for visiting the historic landmarks. Media system in room was problematic and did not work over the 5-night visit. Efforts to fix it were unsuccessful."

"This was my first experience in a ROOST property and it was a great alternative to a classic hotel! The apartment was modern and chic but cozy. It felt like coming home to our own place after walking around the city. The apartment was very clean, well decorated, and comfortable. The 3rd floor amenity floor was gorgeous - beautiful green terraces to hang out on, a spacious and clean outdoor rooftop pool, hang out spots that were empty every time we visited. "Good central location with excellent transport links. Close to lots of restaurants and bars and the main tourist attractions. The hotel staff were all very friendly. The room was spacious with a very comfortable bed and great shower. We were at the back of the hotel which was very quiet."

"The room was musty and the shower grout was disgusting. The breakfast was not much and the staff working it were always grunting and groaning and slamming dishes. They should save their money on the wine and cheese hour because the wine was Barefoot and the cheese and fruit was leftover from the day before-the fruit was hot one day which was odd. "The portal they send you is extensive questioning, It was a lot but I liked that they were careful who they rented to. The spiral staircase is WAY Too easy the bang you head shoulder etc into and should have plastic order covering the metal edges and screws/bolt etc We had a bloody head injuring as a result. "The property is beautiful. We had a room facing the river and view was spectacular. The staff was extremely nice and helpful. Kevin the bellman is friendly and with a great personality so eager to help . I give the property 5 Stars"

"The room was okay. The facility seemed rather old and heater area was dusty. Coffee that we had to pay on the first floor was awful. Parking is detached from the hotel, which is not convenient and not free. Staff didn’t explain well."
