"The location met our needs overall. Lots of tree maintenance people were staying at the place so the parking for other clients was slim. Big trucks were parked parallel to the sidewalks thus using sometimes 4-5 spaces per truck. I had to park my rental car in tight spots between two big trucks and it was hard for me to get out of my car due to it being so close to the rental car. Someone was mowing the grass about 7:30 or 8:00am"

"First of all we went there expecting two working pools, a hot tub, and a sauna. Since it’s advertised that way. We check in and are told that the outside pool, hot tub, and sauna are all closed. Go into the weight room and one of the universal gym handles is completely broken off. We make it to our room to see the ceiling falling apart. It was about 100 degrees in the room and humid. The elevators were not better one not working at all and the other one stops on the third floor for no reason...

"Wow, what a great place to stay downtown. Came for a concert at the Pabst Theater (a couple of blocks away) and stayed an extra day to walk around the Riverwalk (very nice) and have a couple of good meals. The location is extremely convenient for exploring on foot. You can take the Green Line bus from the Airport to a bus stop about 50 feet from the hotel for $2.75. The property is very well maintained by an excellent and friendly staff (thanks again Glenn and all the employees working hard...

"Loved our stay at the Stagecoach! It was clean, comfortable and located in a great little community! Great location. The staff was excellent & we loved our breakfast each morning. We hope to return soon. Definitely a highlight to our trip being able to stay in such a quaint little B&B!"

Unfortunately, we arrived one day late (flight delays) and discovered that our full reservation had been cancelled, including the remaining nights we had already paid for (absolutley no refund given). We were forced to book and pay for those same nights again. Neither the hotel nor Expedia was willing to help, issue a refund, or apply our original payment to the replacement booking.
